Context pack
A bounded package of supporting information attached to a loop run or judge evaluation.
A context pack includes the references, constraints, code map, prior learnings, and surrounding material needed for good execution. Good context packs are scoped, artifact-linked, explicit about constraints, and small enough to stay relevant.
