PRD
A product requirements document that defines the problem, outcome, constraints, and success criteria for a piece of work.
A PRD is a product requirements document. In ClosedLoop it is a first-class artifact and the most common starting point for a loop.
A reviewable PRD has:
- a problem statement
- the desired outcome
- constraints
- measurable success criteria
- known risks
The four PRD judges (prd-auditor, prd-dependency-judge, prd-scope-judge, prd-testability-judge) score PRDs before planning.
See the PRD template and PRD to plan to execution.
