About the Role
At GetHealthy.com, we’re on a mission to make wellness more accessible, personal, and actionable for everyone. As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and Director, Growth Marketing in executing data-driven strategies that scale our user base and amplify our brand. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and creation of compelling written content across channels—including blog posts, social media, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns—aligned with brand and growth priorities
- Manage the content calendar and publishing strategy across all social media platforms, ensuring timely, platform-appropriate posts and performance-based iteration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop engaging content in a range of formats, including blog articles, email campaigns, reels, video scripts, and multimedia assets
- Oversee day-to-day updates and content enhancements on GetHealthy.com and related landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing goals
- Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance, including Meta, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels; synthesize insights to inform creative and media strategy
- Maintain organized and up-to-date marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project trackers, proactively identifying risks and helping teams stay on schedule
- Support the preparation of marketing reports, performance recaps, and executive presentations, turning data and outcomes into clear, compelling narratives
- Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring brand templates, imagery, and creative files are easy to access, consistently branded, and version-controlled
- Assist in audience segmentation, list uploads, and email hygiene within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools)
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to help shape messaging, creative strategy, and campaign direction
- Ensure brand voice and visual standards are applied consistently across all marketing and customer-facing materials

- We have a strong preference for individuals based in our Austin, TX headquarters who are comfortable with our in-office work culture. We offer relocation assistance to new employees relocating to Austin.
